Do you suffer from occasional or frequent insomnia? Do you have any special tricks or remedies? How does it impact your life?
I suffer from the occassional bout of insomnia. Usually when I am really stressed about something my brain doesn't have an off button. I usually put on some Enya music and curl up under some soft blankets. When that doesn't work I draw or write in my journal. I have a few insomnic friends so I can always call or text to them if I am in need of some company. The next day I feel the effects though. Sunlight puts me to sleep...often in the middle of class.
